Returns & Exchanges

If a product is damaged, this must be stated upon delivery to our chosen courier service and not be accepted by the customer. Once accepted, no exchanges or refunds will be allowed. If a product is damaged upon delivery or collection, the same item will be replaced or any item to the same value. No extra delivery fees will be charged. Items cannot be returned or refunded if the product is in good order.

Refunds

The TIS online shop does not offer refunds for items that are in good order. If an item is damaged upon delivery it must not be accepted by the customer. If a delivery is rejected due to damage TIS will replace the original item at no cost. However, if the customer wishes to make any changes to the order this must be arranged directly with TIS and the request will be considered. Final Sale

A sale is considered to be final once payment has been made on the online store. No refunds will be allocated after payment has been made, unless items are delivered damaged in any way, at which point the order is returned via the courier service when not accepted on delivery. Please note that the item will first be replaced and if the customer receives a second damaged item, the refund will be due. Customers are free to contact TIS and their requests will be taken into consideration. Cancellations

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, unfortunately no refunds will be allowed, but a client may reserve a credit on the TASK online shop, if the changes have been requested and received before shipping. International Orders

International orders are welcomed, however shipping arrangements will need to be made manually with the TASK Interior Styling desk. International customers will be liable for the shipping fees of international packages.
